Last night Ace and I had our official housewarming party. Lots of people showed up and we all had a great time. Today is Ace's birthday, too, so before the party we had some people over for dinner "Young"-style (if you've ever been over to dinner at our place, you know we aren't messing around!) Plus, we finally got to break in the new patio furniture and had dinner, and the party, mostly outside. This is one of my first photos taken with my new digital SLR camera, a beautiful Nikon D2H. I, of course, had to take it out for a test run within hours of receiving it in the mail, and to my delight it works beautifully! (We went downtown and walked through China Town a bit, and found this cat hanging out in the produce.) I'm still trying to figure out all the complexities of my camera. It has soooo many features to it ... a lot more complicated than my rugged F4.
